At Neurelic Labs, we offer digital-first, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and consulting solutions designed for real-time usage and instant access. Given the nature of our offerings—we do not offer refunds on any digital products or services once a purchase or subscription has been made.
By using or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
a. User-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your active subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but your access will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time or features.
b. Auto-Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription to avoid further charges.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all purchases—whether monthly, quarterly, or annually—are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Subscription fees for services and products

AI consulting packages
-
API access or integration services
-
Strategy templates, datasets, or digital downloads

Partial usage or non-usage of services
We encourage you to review product details, pricing, and available trial/demo access (if applicable) before subscribing.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following narrow conditions:

A duplicate charge was made due to a system error

You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription prior to the renewal date
Such cases are reviewed manually and require proof of billing. All approved exceptions will be processed within 10 business days.
4. Enterprise & Consulting Engagements
For enterprise clients or custom project contracts:

Refund and cancellation terms will be governed by the Mutual Statement of Work (SOW) or Enterprise SLA

Deposits or prepayments for consulting, development, or infrastructure provisioning are non-refundable
5. Platform Downtime
Neurelic Labs aims for continuous uptime and system stability. However, temporary maintenance, third-party API issues, or internet disruptions do not qualify for refunds or credits.
